Bush was a black and white modern persident whose beliefs were set. Individual responsibility is top priority and it&amp;#39;s up to you to fail or win. The war on terror would be an example of this mindset.&lt;br /&gt;Obama is the post-modern equivalent bringing the grey where everyone shares in the responsibility to make their community and world a better or worse place.
